Plan Co. recently obtained a non-notified land use consent for a 100 children child care centre with 6 lot fee simple subdivision at 3 School Road, Wellsford. We were able to maximise the development potential for the old Wellsford School site which housed Wellsford School from 1922-1990. We worked closely with our client Lifestyle Architecture, SLR for acoustics, TEAM for Traffic and Antrim Consultants for engineering. Plan Co. are pleased to have played a significant role in ensuring the continued educational and community use of an old school site which has been vacant for a number of years. We look forward to seeing the site play an important community role into the future.
