Another efficient use of a Terrance Housing and Apartment Building zoned site recently consented by Plan Co. This consent granted on a non-notified basis, will allow the establishment of six new dwellings on the site, being contained within three buildings with each building accommodating two dwellings. Plan Co. were able to obtain non-notified resource consent from the Duty Commissioner despite concerns from the Council Team Leader regarding effects of the proposal on neighbours.
