In conjunction with Beau consultants to obtain resource consent for an additional unit on this site taking it from 5 to 6 terrace houses. Plan Co. worked alongside Beau Consultants to work through alternative design, layout, access and parking arrangements that allowed for one large terrace unit to be split into two with one car park provided for each dwelling. As well as a greater yield, the proposal also resulted in enhancements in terms of ground floor activation of the street level and provided improved on site outdoor living options of the units.
