Plan Co attained non-notified resource consent for the redevelopment of Stoddard Road, Mount Roskill. This development consisted of the establishment of office / retail spaces on the ground floor, one office on the first floor and six residential apartments over levels 1,2 and 3. This is a great outcome and yield of development for a site measuring only 212msq which is currently underdeveloped, containing a single level commercial building. Plan Co. helped to secure written approvals of the neighbouring property and negotiated an outlook easement over the neighbouring site to ensure the on-going residential amenity of the new apartments. The development will be the first 4 storey, mixed use development in the area and should pave the way for similar developments within the area Stoddard / Richardson Road commercial area.
